FPP UNDIP collaborates with Farmhill for the management of Green House Melon in order to support the MBKM campus program.

Melon from Green House has become one of the agricultural commodities that is in great demand due to the ever-increasing demand from the market. To meet this need, the Faculty of Agriculture and Animal Husbandry (FPP) of Diponegoro University (Undip) has formed a partnership with Farm Hill, a leading agricultural company, to develop melon production in greenhouses in a sustainable manner. A greenhouse or greenhouse is a structure that allows farmers to control the growing environment for plants, such as temperature, humidity, and light.

This method has proven effective in increasing crop productivity and quality, as well as reducing risks from external environmental factors such as pests, diseases or climate change. In this partnership, FPP Undip will provide their knowledge and expertise in agriculture, while Farm Hill will provide their resources and experience in managing greenhouses efficiently. The main objective of this collaboration is to increase melon production in greenhouses by taking into account sustainable principles.
